What will be accomplished during these workshops? These workshops are intended for departments/units to work with the project team on their specific area/org structure to test the concept against real-life scenarios.
How can we prepare? Above you will find the worksheet and instructions we will use during our session, please feel free to try it out… no pressure… but it will save us time.
